Term & Conditions of the Coupons & Vouchers

1. The following terms & conditions apply to the redemption and use of the promotional

vouchers and/or unique voucher codes. ("Vouchers")

2. The value of the Vouchers is stated in Malaysian Ringgit.

3. Vouchers are only valid before or on the expiration date stated on each Vouchers. Any

unused Vouchers which have expired will no longer be valid and will automatically be

cancelled without any notifications.

4. Vouchers are limited to ONE (1) redemption per sale order.

5. Vouchers are strictly applicable to www.tbc2u.com ONLY.

6. Any unconsumed value will be forfeited and shall not be refunded to the bearer.

7. If the value of the purchase / goods exceeds the amount of the Voucher(s), the

difference thereof should be paid by the bearer.

8. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, replacements, cancel, revoke or withdraw.

9. Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged with vouchers of other

denominations, and not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

10. TBC ELEKTRIK SDN BHD shall not be held responsible for the loss of the vouchers and any of the losses or

damages suffered by the bearer of the Vouchers that arise from or in connection with the

loss or damage of the vouchers.

11. TBC ELEKTRIK SDN BHD reserves the right to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign herein without prior notice.
